ADAI IS A ELITE/HEALTHY FORM OF A DOSA ADAI IS A NUTRITIOUS DOSA RICH IN PROTEINS, LOW IN CARBS

 You could also add some grated coconut or grated ginger  to the batter if you wish to have some more variations in taste. These are optional .
